SECTION 17 – Shipment and Delivery Time
The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order status page under Shipping Updates. If you do not receive an estimated delivery date, then the latest delivery date of the order will be within 30 days after the date of dispatch. Our partners supply the delivery services to you and we will try to ensure that your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date if given. But there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 19 – ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS
To ensure that you receive your products as fast as possible, our team is working round the clock to process and dispatch all incoming orders without any delay. Thus, we have implemented the below cancellation terms to ensure a flawless process for all our customers.

- You have 2 hours after an order is made to request cancellation by sending an email to customer.service@talajewel.com
- Any cancellation request beyond the 2 hours will unfortunately get rejected.
- All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates .
SECTION 21 – Customs and Import Duties Charges
All our product prices displayed are inclusive of Customs and Duties charges for shipments within EU countries.
- Order above £135 GBP to the United Kingdom may be subject to Customs and Import Duties charges.
- Orders above $800 USD to the United States may be subject to Customs and Import Duties charges.
All other countries may be subject to Customs and Import duties charges. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs if any per the custom laws of the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
Please note that Tala Jewel has no control over customs and import duties charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as policies and import duties vary widely between countries. Thus, if Customs and Import Duties charges are required to be paid for any order including but not limited to EU countries and the United States, Tala Jewel will not be held liable for these charges.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
