Tala Jewel gives you the option to return purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 14 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.
How does it work ?
Go to “My Account”.
Click on “Orders”, then select which order do you want to return.
Click “Ask for refund” under item you want to return or refund my entire order.
Select “Item quantity” then write the reason why you are asking for a refund.
Click “submit button”.
You will get a confirmation email with the guidelines once the return request is approved.

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition.
For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
In the original packaging.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping costs unless it is deemed the fault of Tala Jewel in scenarios such as:
Incorrect Size/Color/Model sent.
Different Product than requested was sent.
Damaged / Faulty Product Sent.
Please note that Shipping costs if any is not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Free gifts, promotional items, gift cards, underwear clothing and customized products are not returnable
In the unlikely event of the order was received damaged, you will need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery, else Tala Jewel has the right to refuse the return request.
